• Valuation – Market value/purchase price to determine Coverage A
• Single-family residential dwellings
• Vacant manufactured homes accepted
• Undergoing renovations
• Age of Home – All are acceptable
• Protection Class – All are acceptable
• In the Name of an Estate, Trust, or LLC for sale
• Terms – 3, 6 or 12 months
• Prior Claims – One prior loss will not make the risk ineligible
• Deductible options from $500
• Vandalism & Malicious Mischief coverage available
